About Us

For many years, we’ve been designing and delivering flowers across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast, having delivered our first bouquet in 1932. We opened our second branch in August 2010, and it has been a great success. With our personal, friendly service and a perfectionist finish, we’ve earned a strong reputation for high standards in flowers and arrangements.

While we supply many leading companies, our main work is everyday floristry, funeral tributes, wedding bouquets, gift bouquets, baskets and vase arrangements. From our very first customer to our latest delivery, we do our utmost to ensure every design is fresh and of the highest quality. Trading since 1932, we embrace both the traditional and the new. We love flowers, we love creating smiles, and that passion shows in everything we deliver.

Caring for Your Flowers

On arrival

A few tips to help your flowers look their best at home.

Traditional or presentation bouquet

  • Remove the cellophane, wrap and bows.

  • Add half the flower food to a clean vase of water and stir well.

  • Cut each stem at an angle and arrange in the vase.

  • Strip any foliage that would sit below the waterline.

  • Change the water daily for fresher-looking, longer-lasting flowers.

  • Recut stems if they have been out of water for 10 minutes or more.

  • Keep away from direct heat and sunlight.

Optional tip: reuse the cellophane and bow to decorate your vase.

Hand-tied bouquet

  • Remove the cellophane, wrap and bows.

  • Add half the provided flower food to a clean vase of fresh water and stir well.

  • Cut each stem on an angle to suit your vase, ensuring all stems reach the water.

  • Change the water daily and recut stems if they’ve been out of water for 10 minutes or more.

  • You may keep the flowers in the aqua-pack for up to 48 hours after arrival.

  • Keep away from direct heat and sunlight.

Aqua-packed bouquet

  • If you keep the bouquet as presented, top up the water by mixing the flower food with water in a jug and slowly pouring it inside the cellophane lining towards the stems (avoid the flower heads and petals).

  • For longer-lasting flowers, after a few days remove the packaging, cut the stems at an angle and place in a vase with fresh water and flower food.

  • Change the water daily and keep away from direct heat and sunlight.
